Nokia took many of the features introduced in its flagship Lumia 930 smartphone and packaged them into the more affordable Lumia 830.
The 930’s 5-inch ClearBlack display, integrated wireless charging, Windows Phone 8.1 and premium metal and polycarbonate design can all be found on the 830. The internal storage has been halved to 16GB, but on the plus side it has a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 128GB. The Windows Phone 8.1 operating system is a big improvement on the original 8.0. release, adding a new action centre pull-down screen for easy access to notifications and system settings, the Siri-like Cortana digital assistant technology, and shape writing technology on the software keyboard.
